What we pour, sell, and teach from the Blair Road bar — priced in SGD, updated as origins rotate.

Espresso & Milk Bar

Our espresso programme centres on a rotating single-origin or blend chosen for balance in both straight shots and milk drinks. Baristas pull doubles on a semi-automatic machine calibrated daily, weighing input and output to maintain a consistent ratio. Milk is steamed to microfoam — glossy, not frothy — so sweetness from the espresso carries through flat whites, cortados, and cappuccinos. Alternative milks available: oat, soy, and almond. We adjust dose slightly for plant milks to preserve texture. All drinks served in ceramic unless you are taking away.

From $4.50 (espresso) · $5.50 (flat white) · $6.00 (cappuccino)

Filter & Pour-Over

When we want to showcase origin character without the intensity of espresso, we reach for filter. Our pour-over bar offers V60 brews by the cup, with baristas adjusting grind, water temperature, and pour rate for each coffee. Batch brew is available during peak hours for a clean, consistent cup at pace. Filter menus change weekly — washed Kenyans, natural Ethiopians, honey-processed Centrals. We cup every arrival and publish tasting notes on the pour board. Ask for a side of hot water to rinse your palate between cups if you are comparing two origins.

From $6.00 (batch brew) · $8.50 (V60 single origin) · $12.00 (duo flight)

Retail Beans

Take the dial-in home. Our retail shelf stocks 250 g bags from house and guest roasters across Singapore and the region. Each bag includes roast date, origin details, and a suggested starting recipe for espresso or filter. We grind on request — tell us your brew method and we will set the grinder accordingly. Storage matters: we recommend using whole beans within four weeks of roast and keeping them airtight, away from heat. Members of our regulars list receive first notice when limited lots arrive. No subscription pressure — buy when you need a fresh bag.

From $22 (250 g house) · $28 (250 g guest roaster) · $45 (1 kg office bag)

Light Pastry

We partner with local bakers for a small daily selection — croissants, caneles, banana bread, and seasonal fruit tarts. Pastries arrive each morning and sell through by afternoon; we do not hold stock overnight. Ingredients vary by baker but commonly include wheat flour, butter, eggs, and dairy. Cross-contact with nuts may occur in shared bakery kitchens. Every item is labelled with allergens at the counter. Pair a caneles with a flat white, or take a croissant with your batch brew to the office. Pastry is a complement to the coffee, not the headline — but a good butter croissant earns its place on the ledge.

From $4.00 (croissant) · $5.50 (canele) · $7.00 (seasonal tart)

Office Catering

Offices within the Tanjong Pagar and Outram area can book batch brew and milk drink service for meetings and morning stand-ups. We deliver in insulated dispensers with compostable cups, or you can provide your own carafe setup if preferred. Minimum order applies for delivery slots before 09:00 SGT. Menu is simplified for catering — batch brew, flat whites, and optional pastry platters. We ask for 48 hours notice for orders above twenty cups. Dietary labels included on request. This is straightforward coffee service for teams who care about quality without the ceremony of a full espresso bar on-site.

From $85 (20-cup batch brew) · $140 (20 flat whites) · $220 (combined package with pastry)

Brew Guidance

Not sure why your home V60 tastes bitter? Book a fifteen-minute brew bar consult during quiet hours (typically 14:00–16:00 Tue–Fri). A barista will watch your technique, check your grind, and suggest adjustments — ratio, temperature, pour pattern. We do not sell equipment; the guidance is practical and free with any retail bean purchase over $22. For deeper learning, we host occasional small-group cuppings on Monday closures — dates posted on the pour board and our contact page. The goal is confidence at home, not jargon. Bring your questions and, if possible, the beans you are struggling with.

Free with bean purchase · $35 (standalone 30-min session) · $55 (duo session for two)
